Our fireplaces and satellites are guaranteed for 10 years

These elements below can wear out and are excluded for the warranty :
- Seals
- Oven thermometer
- Flue pipe thermometer
- Window
- Ceramic baffle
- Hearth grid
- Refractory concrete pieces in the hearth
The warranty only covers your mass stove if used in accordance with these instructions.
Your mass stove is a robust device, that undergoes very great temperature gaps between the hearth (1000°C) and the envelope (20 to 80°C).
These temperature gaps generate thermal tensions in the device and create cracks, more or less apparent in seals and firebricks.
The expansions cracks do not reduce your fireplace efficiency and are not a defect. Thus, it can not be subject to the warranty.
The firebricks are made with chamotte earth, their color is not homogeneous and can't be constant. Some bricks are brighter than others. The hue fluctuation can not be subject to warranty.
The ten-years warranty starts the day the mass stove is set up.
